JobsForMe ("we," "us") operates jobsforme.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We do not collect job applications, résumés or payment details; applications are completed on employers' own websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email address if you subscribe to our emails, and anything you include when you contact us.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, campaign parameters (such as utm_source), approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with content and advertisements, collected through cookies, local storage and similar technologies.
  • Advertising identifiers and pixels: our advertising partners, including Google and Meta, may set cookies or receive identifiers to measure and deliver advertising.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure and improve the site;
  • To send emails you requested;
  • To measure traffic and the performance of our content and advertising campaigns;
  • To display advertising, including personalised advertising where you have consented;
  • To detect invalid traffic and fraud.

Your choices and rights

  • Consent management: where required, a consent banner lets you accept or decline personalised advertising. Revisit your choices through the "Privacy & cookie settings" link in the footer or by clearing cookies.
  • Do not sell or share: residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising using the consent banner or by emailing [email protected]. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Access and deletion: request access to or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing [email protected].
  • Email: every email we send contains an unsubscribe link.

Children

JobsForMe is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Retention and security

We retain analytics data in aggregated form and email addresses until you unsubscribe. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

International users

The site is operated from and intended for the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the US.
